The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center proudly presents its annual Figurative Exhibition, a dynamic juried showcase celebrating the expressive power of the figure in art. Featuring recent works across painting, sculpture, ceramics, and works on paper, this exhibition highlights both realistic and conceptual interpretations of human, animal, and imaginative forms. Admission is free and open to the public.

Mon–Tue 10–3 PM | Wed 3–8 PM | Thu–Fri 10–3 PM | Sat 10–2 PM
Visitors are invited to explore this diverse collection and participate in selecting the People’s Choice Award winner. Guests may pick up a ballot upon entering the gallery, vote for their favorite figurative artwork, and help elevate the artists whose creativity resonates most deeply with them. In addition to community voting, the exhibition has been professionally juried, with top works recognized by CVAC’s juror.
The People’s Choice Award winner will be announced during the Artist Reception on Friday, April 3, from 5:30–7:00 PM. This festive evening offers a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists, enjoy refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, and purchase original works of art. Admission to the reception is free—all are welcome to join in the celebration.
