A Message from Noreen Molek:
Greetings to All,
With the completion of the opening of Front Street, there has been a steady upward growth of downtown Cuyahoga Falls with the development of new storefronts, new eateries, and increased street and pedestrian traffic.
The Board at CVAC became acutely aware that the CVAC needed to become a “destination” for the communities that we serve. We needed to restructure CVAC as an organization that aligns with growth patterns in order to maintain our stewardship. Over this past year, the organizational goals are now organized under six Pillars of Excellence. We use these pillars as a foundation to assist in maintaining balance, attaining goals set by the Board at CVAC, and for continuous strategy development. We have organized all our activities within these pillars as we continue our journey to fulfill our vision and mission. The pillars are as follows:
People Pillar: Create a culture that attracts, retains, and promotes the vision and mission of CVAC
Service Pillar: Provide an excellent experience and excellent service to the customers of CVAC
Financial Pillar: Achievement of financial results to ensure CVACs sustainability
Quality and Safety Pillar: Provides and improves excellence in art instruction. Provides a safe structural environment
Growth Pillar: The achievement of consistent revenue to enhance market dominance, sustain infrastructure improvements and support innovative development.
Community Pillar: Committed to being an exemplary public figure by making a difference and supporting the stewardship of art in the community
On behalf of the Board, we all thank you for your continued support of CVAC and we hope you have noticed and are pleased with the positive direction CVAC is taking.
Yours in Art,
Noreen
