The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center, is seeking a Children’s Fine Arts Teacher to be responsible for developing students’ interest in and the ability for creative expression in visual terms, focusing on technique and color theory, to discover and develop talents of students second grade thru high school levels in the field of visual art.
• Instructor much have an Art Education degree and experience teaching art.
• Provide individual and small-group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of students of varying ages and artistic abilities, and to accommodate a variety of instructional activities.
• Be able to create unique lesson plans, in line with CVAC’s ‘Children’s Class Expectations’.
