This year’s exhibition will take place from April 29 through June 5, 2025, providing our skilled members with an exciting opportunity to display their artwork in our gallery. To best showcase the diverse creativity of our members, the exhibition will be organized into seven distinct categories: Watercolor Media, Water-Based Media, Oil-Based Media, Dry Media, Mixed Media, 3-Dimensional Media, and Photographic Media. This structure allows each participant to shine within their chosen medium, creating a vibrant and inclusive display of artistic skill.

CVAC will be accepting submissions on:

Friday, April 25, 2025, 10 – 3 PM &

Saturday, April 26, 2025, 10 – 2 PM

The entry fee is $30 for up to 2 entries – 2025 CVAC Members only

*Artists can join CVAC and or renew their membership during the take-in.

The juror will have the task of selecting a Best of Category winner and up to two Honorable Mentions for each of the seven categories. Each Best of Category winner will be awarded a $100 cash prize, recognizing their exceptional artistic achievement. In addition, starting April 29th, we will open the People’s Choice Selection, where visitors can vote for their favorite pieces in each category. The People’s Choice winner in each category will receive a $50 cash prize, to be announced during the Artist Reception on May 23 from 5:30-7 pm. This reception is free and open to the public, with the People’s Choice voting concluding at 6:00 pm and the award ceremony following at 6:30 pm.

This highly competitive exhibition offers over $1,000 in prizes, making it an exciting showcase of artistic talent. We can’t wait to see what you will share with us! Detailed entry information can be found in the Prospectus, and early submissions are welcome.
