CVAC is honored to welcome members of the Whiskey Painters of America (WPA) to participate in the 2026 Whiskey Painting Exhibition & Art Sale. This annual exhibition is a beloved tradition at CVAC and provides WPA artists from across the United States the opportunity to showcase their miniature watercolor whiskey paintings to an engaged and enthusiastic audience here in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
WPA members are invited to submit work either in person or by mail following the guidelines below.
IN-PERSON DROP-OFF DATES
• Friday, September 11, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday, September 12, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Early submissions may be arranged by calling the CVAC front desk at 330-928-8092.
ENTRY FEE:
• $25 for up to eight entries
MAIL-IN SUBMISSIONS
• Accepted August 25 – September 6, 2026
Shipping Guidelines:
• Ship artwork in reusable cartons; all pieces will be returned in the same cartons in which they were received.
• Entries must comply with USPS and UPS regulations.
• Unless otherwise instructed, return shipments will be processed through UPS.
• Plexiglass is recommended for all shipped works.
• Please include:
– Completed entry form
– Entry fee (check payable to CVAC)
– Pre-paid return shipping label

ARTIST RECEPTION
Saturday, October 10, 2026 | 5:30–7:00 PM
Join us for an evening of celebration featuring artist meet-and-greets, refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to purchase original whiskey paintings. Guests will also cast votes for the People’s Choice Awards, with one winner announced during the reception.
Live Demonstration Opportunity:
WPA artists interested in conducting a demo during the reception are invited to contact Danielle Dieterich at director@cvartcenter.org.
SCHOLARSHIP RAFFLE DONATIONS
CVAC warmly welcomes donations of unframed, matted whiskey paintings for our annual scholarship raffle. Proceeds support the Vibrant Palette Scholarship Fund, helping remove financial barriers to art education and strengthening our visual arts community.
The annual Whiskey Painting Exhibition holds a special place in the hearts of CVAC and our community. We deeply appreciate the continued participation of the Whiskey Painters of America and look forward to another extraordinary year of remarkable miniature works.
