Cuyahoga Valley Art Center’s Membership Exhibition, on display April 27 through June 3, 2027, invites the community to experience the skill, creativity, and diverse artistic perspectives of CVAC members. Featuring artwork across seven categories, including watercolor, water-based, oil-based, dry, mixed, 3-dimensional, and photographic media, the exhibition highlights the wide range of skills and artistic expression found within the CVAC community.
At the heart of the exhibition is the opportunity to celebrate the artists who make CVAC such a vibrant and creative space. Visitors are invited to take part in the People’s Choice voting, selecting their favorite artwork in each of the seven categories. This community-driven tradition gives visitors a voice in recognizing the pieces that capture their attention, inspire them, or simply leave a lasting impression.
People’s Choice voting will take place throughout the exhibition and conclude at 6:00 pm during the Artist Reception on Friday, May 21, 2027, from 5:30 to 7 pm in Cuyahoga Valley Art Center’s main gallery. The free reception offers a chance to meet the artists, enjoy refreshments, explore the exhibition, and celebrate the creativity of CVAC’s membership. The People’s Choice awards will be presented following the close of voting, with the ceremony beginning at 6:30 pm.
