One year ago today, CVAC was forced to shut their doors due to the pandemic. To keep our community connected & engaged, we immediately kicked off weekly on-line art challenges, posted virtual exhibits, and hosted weekly Picasso Happy Hour ZOOM events. We wanted to keep our arts community connected even though we were forced apart.
We worked tirelessly to figure out how to get students back in the building safely for classes. And thanks to the hard work of our Board of Directors, Executive Director, Staff, and many volunteers, we were able to reopen at a limited capacity for our Summer session of classes. To this day, we are still working hard to Keep the Art Flowing amidst this pandemic at a limited compacity.
If our efforts to Keep The Art Flowing have positively effected your life over the past 12 months, we would like to hear about it. We would like to share with our community, staff, and funders how much these efforts have meant to you.
Your response can be anonymous, short, or extensive, the choice is yours.
Thank you for Keeping The Art Flowing with us over these past 12-months. It has been a privilege to move through these trying times together, instead of apart.
