WPA RULES:
Paintings must be framed and ready for hanging with screw eyes and wire. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS. We suggest that the same look of frame be used for all pieces. The image area dimensions must NOT EXCEED 4”x 5”or 3 ½”x5 ½”. The framed art, including the matting, must be per official WPA rules of maximum 8”x10” or 9”x10”. Please affix a WPA label on the back and be sure your name, address, title of painting and price is legible. Minimum selling price is $75.
SHIPPING:
Shipment should be made in REUSABLE cartons. All entries will be returned in the same cartons in which they were received. Entries must meet post office and UPS regulations and unless otherwise specified, cartons will be returned UPS. CVAC recommends the use of Plexiglass for shipped pieces. Please include an entry form, a check payable to CVAC to cover entry fees and a pre-paid return label for shipping.

ENTRY FEE:
$25 for up to eight (8) paintings. Shipped entries must include a pre-paid return shipping label. ($3 of the entry fee goes towards the Whiskey Painters of America). Make check payable to: CUYAHOGA VALLEY ART CENTER.
PLEASE NOTE: Entry fees and Whiskey Paintings are due no later than Saturday, May 4th for both shipped and hand delivered works. Early arrivals are accepted.
