Jack Liberman is a professional painter of portraits and landscapes, primarily in the medium of oils. Liberman holds a BFA from Kent State University and continued their studies at the Art Students League in New York where they studied under Frank Mason, Everett Ray Kinstler, and Ivan Olinsky; all members of the National Academy. Liberman has been an instructor of painting and drawing for over forty years and has exhibited his work at the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, Ohio, the National Arts Club in New York City, and the Salmalundi Club, also in New York City. Liberman has been a part of the Cuyahoga Valley Art Center since 1970.
