Think spring, and join clay artist Beth Lindenberger in making a creative, decorative ornament for your garden. Each participant will be given clay, a garden stake and all other materials and instruction needed to create an ornate, colorful topper to integrate into your plantings. Ornaments will be made at the workshop, to be fired and glazed for pickup at a later date to be determined. M $65 NM $80

Beth Lindenberger has worked as an artist for over 30 years, making and exhibiting primarily sculptural ceramic forms. Beth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Ceramics degree from the University of
Akron. In addition to her studio work and teaching Pottery at CVAC (since 1986), Beth has taught Ceramics and 3-Dimensional Design at the University of Akron, and has held adjunct faculty positions at Kent State University (Stark), and Cuyahoga Community College. She has served as the Artist in Residence at several schools. Beth’s piece “Seedscape: Black and White” was featured in Ohio Craft Museum’s “Best of 2017” exhibition and was featured in a
recent edition of Ceramics Monthly magazine. A larger scale public work can be seen at the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center in Peninsula.
