Mark Giangaspero‘s journey in the visual arts has been profoundly shaped by his studies under the esteemed late Jack Richards, whose mentorship lasted until 2014. With over 15 years of teaching experience at the Cuyahoga Valley Art Center, Giangaspero has imparted his expertise in drawing and painting across a multitude of media, nurturing a new generation of artists.
Giangaspero’s work has garnered attention and acclaim, with exhibitions in prestigious galleries such as the McDonough Museum in Youngstown, OH, the Viewpoints exhibition at the Cincinnati Art Club, and the National Arts Club in New York. His artistry has earned a place in the permanent collection of the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, OH which proudly houses his notable pieces, “Mr. Richardson” and “Portrait of Chris.”
