The use of color and composition is more than just an arrangement of space. They are two of the most important elements that artists have to communicate their ideas. This 2-day workshop will give you a better understanding of color & composition and how to use it.
Students will be required to bring their own drawing supplies, supply list is provided below:

Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. Please pack your own lunch for this workshop daily. If you are unable to do so, there are local places that we can help you order boxed lunches from on an individual basis, cash will be required for these transactions.
Mark Giangaspero studied and taught visual arts under the late Jack Richards until Mr. Richards’ passing in 2014. Mark has taught drawing and painting classes (in a variety of media) at CVAC over the past six years. He has shown his work in such prestigious galleries as the McDonough Museum (Youngstown State University), Viewpoints at the Cincinnati Art Club, the National Arts Club in New York, and the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown where his pieces, Mr. Richardson and Portrait of Chris, are held in the Institute’s permanent collection.
